Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

MediHive had traction. An Irish healthtech startup building software for online GP consultations and large medical organisations, they’d hit their early targets and were growing. The difficulty wasn’t the product — it was that the business hadn’t decided what it stood for. Different things meant different things to different people inside it, and nobody outside it could explain it in a sentence.

In healthtech, the language is almost universally the same. Improving outcomes. Connecting patients and providers. Transforming care. MediHive had something more specific to say: that the friction between doctors and patients is a design problem, and that technology, built right, can remove it entirely. That belief was the foundation. It needed a name and a framework to stand on.

We built the full brand architecture — strategy, positioning, visual identity, and a brand book to carry it consistently across every touchpoint. The platform we landed on was Welcome Tomorrow. Not a product description. A statement of intent — this is what healthcare looks like when the barriers come down. It gave the business a shared direction it hadn’t had, and a story it could scale into.

The product was already working. The brand was still catching up.
